Small...and apparently confused.

Good to get away on a working break.  Great to spend 36 hours with Leslie!  Coaching network in Ocala was fantastic as usual.  I appreciate everything that has been poured into me and Crossroads through the NEXT Initiative and the coaching networks.  You know, here's my coach, Ron Sylvia, pastoring a church of 3000 people, prepping and speaking four times each weekend, writing an implementation plan for launching coaching networks throughout the US,  getting ready to break ground on a new 67 acre campus, having radiation treatments twice each day for a brain tumor, and still taking time to listen to a room full of whiney pastors tell him how tough their life is.  How does that even happen?  I'm confused by that.

Ron's determination is inspiring.  And God's accomplishments through him make me feel very small indeed.  Thanks for leading with clarity, and leaning into The Dip, Ron.  Your stupid brain tumor doesn't stand a chance.
